SHIB Founder Steps Down, Deletes Social Media Footprint

Inevitable Exit

The pseudonymous founder of Shiba Inu, Ryoshi, has deleted all blog posts and tweets associated with them. The founder also completely left the Shiba Inu community afterward.

In the same fashion as Bitcoin’s founder, Ryoshi of Shiba Inu is unknown. From the beginning of the project in August 2020 till they left. In addition, Ryoshi had a hands-off relationship with the coin in the manner of Dogecoin.

The founders of Dogecoin, Jackson Palmer and Billy Markus are not directly in the coin’s face. A lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama, said the project will go on and realize Ryoshi’s mission. He said the plan of establishing an absolutely decentralized ecosystem for the memecoin is on course.

Ryoshi has seized opportunities to inform the community that they would eventually leave. The cues were evident in the downplay of their personal significance in the community.

In one of the deleted posts on Medium, Ryoshi said they were nobody. They said they were not important and efforts at unmasking them would be a waste. They said they were merely some guy with no consequence and easily replaceable.

An Impressive All the Way

Right now, the Twitter account associated with Ryoshi is still open but all data are deleted. Two medium posts saying goodbye to the Shiba community are also still up. Members of the community, however, say the posts might be the work of some internet hacks.

It is highly possible for that to be the case since old searches of Ryoshi’s blogs show deleted posts. This is even with another account with the same identity.

The first post reads that Ryoshi declares themselves not important. They admonished people to take the Shiba coin can keep moving. The second post reads that every Shibarmy is recognized as Ryoshi, not just a person.

Irrespective of what might be happening on Medium, Ryoshi has bid farewell to the community. It was via a post on Tuesday that emphasized commitment to the vision of the project.

The choice of Ryoshi for anonymity makes Shiba Inu more mystic and much more impressive. The community has built from nothing and did not pay for listing on any exchange. Shiba Inu revolutionized memecoins through its exponential growth.

Aspects of Shiba Inu’s growth include Shib, Treat, Leash, ShibaSwap, Shibarium, and Shi at least. ShibaZone and Shibacon are parts of the local meetup concept of the token. These are very great innovations that build a community bond, according to Ryoshi.

It should be noted that the latest news has no negative implication on the SHIB price. Rather, it has gained about 3.1% within the last 24 hours. It currently trades at around $0.00001209.

Although, the token has dipped by 86% from its all-time height of $0.00008616 last October. It is, however, higher by 54% than its position twelve months ago. Significantly, it is not a feat seen through many other cryptocurrencies in recent times.
